This song was inspired by a really creepy nightmare I had. A bloody sky, everything is charred, bloody and burnt. It's Satan's virus. I was found in a car, covered in a crust made out of black sludge, flesh and blood. As the crust was peeled off my face in this hellish landscape, I took a deep breath and a meteorite shattered and electric facility, releasing a wave of sparks, desintegrating some people immediately. It was a disturbing, but also a very morbidly fascinating dream, the imagery was just incredible. It was truly apocalyptic and horrifying. The crusted bodies looked like a black and gorier version of the bodies or Pompeii or the charred engineers in Alien: Covenant. It was like Godflesh's Streetcleaner cover come to life and had the same atmosphere as the album.
